Join us for live music, great food, and even better vibes at our First Annual Pig Pickin’! Foothills’ own Meat Mama Meg and Chef Luis Martinez are firing up the smoker to prepare us a delicious hog from Peculiar Pig Farm. We will smoke the hog on-site overnight – you show up to enjoy it with us on Saturday! Food will be served from 1pm until we run out of meat. Choose between a plate of smoked pork served with two house-made sides, or a pulled pork sandwich. We'll also have live music from the Happy Enchiladas, an Americana folk trio, from 3-5pm! Don't miss the start of this Foothills Watershed tradition!
