Join Yoga Therapist in training, Liz Chung, in an afternoon of yoga, breathwork, and various sundry mental health techniques to manage anxiety + depression during the shift from winter to spring. You will be guided through an all-levels yoga asana practice, then settle in for breathwork. We will discuss mental health through yogic theory, and learn simple, yet powerful tools that marry neuroscience with yoga. We will close the session with a short, cozy restorative practice to allow time for rest + integration. Leave feeling empowered, informed, and more able to face the challenges of life. Each student will receive physical resources to take with them, including two whole yoga sequences! This workshop is suitable for all levels. Sliding scale : $40-$80
