Ribbon Cutting - Black Bear Official Trail Designation

Join us as we celebrate the official designation of the Black Bear County Park trail segment as part of the Fonta Flora State Trail! This special ribbon-cutting ceremony marks an exciting milestone in the continued growth of North Carolina's State Trail system. Following a brief ceremony, we'll take a short celebratory hike along the newly designated trail and place blazes along the trail. Come help us recognize the partners, volunteers, and supporters who made this achievement possible—and celebrate another step toward connecting communities across Western North Carolina.
