Coolship Experience - Tour & Tasting

What's cooler than being koel? Join us for an interactive koelschip (coolship) brewing experience, tour, and tasting at Whippoorwill Farm on Saturday, January 31st. For us, one of the most captivating styles of beer and methods of production and fermentation is the Belgian-style lambic. Created from 100% spontaneously fermented beers, they were certainly not the first to make beer this way but they were the first to romanticize and perfect the process. Join us for a tasting, tour, and interactive brewing experience as we transfer the wort to our coolship (koelschip) and line the sides together with a secret ingredient. Tickets include a draught pour of our "3 Year Blend", an Appalachian gueuze-inspired three year blend of spontaneously fermented ales AND a surprise bottle pour. $25 + taxes/fees. Fonta Flora Kitchen will be featuring special Belgian-inspired menu items to grab a-la-carte that you won't wanna miss!
