Join us for the fourth annual Soup & Bowl - Soup Competition in partnership with Meeting Place Mission on Sunday, February 22nd at our Whippoorwill Farm location inside the Milking Parlor building. This is a warm and friendly competition between soup connoisseurs, amateur and professional, for the benefit of the folks at Meeting Place Mission, whilst bolstering local potters in the community. There are TWO ways to support. Enter the Soup & Bowl competition as a soup maker - bring your best pot of soup to be enjoyed. Tickets are $25 (+ taxes & fees) and include a locally-made ceramic bowl, 10 tasting tickets, and three voting tickets. Proceeds from ticket sales will go to Meeting Place Mission. Purchase tickets via Eventbrite with the link below. Competition Rules: Each attendee will purchase a ticket online that includes one locally-made bowl, 10 tasting tickets, and three voting tickets. Each person can go around and taste 3-4 oz of at least 10 different soups. After each person tastes all the soups, they will drop their voting tickets in the competitor’s bowl that they feel was the best. At the end of the day, the tickets will be tallied and the chef with the most tickets wins the competition!
