Beginning knitting with Mikki

Are you ready to learn to knit, or want to improve your knitting skills? This is the class for you! Each month, we will start a new project and learn a new technique to enhance your skills. This 3-hour class will meet on the last Friday of the month, giving you plenty of time in between classes to practice what you have learned. Some of the skills that you will learn: Knitting abbreviations How to cast on How to cast off How to read a pattern How to gauge a knitted piece How to fix dropped stitches All supplies are included in this class: yarn, knitting needles, crochet hook, and tape measure, to complete your project.
